“I contacted Honeys Air at Costco and Home Depot. They came out and gave me a quote for both levels of systems. I had a very old system with existing duct work in place. They came within a few days and finished the complete instal in 1 1/2 days (1,500 sq). At the start of the install they found that most of my duct work needed to be replaced. That was not part of the quote, however they replaced it at no extra charge. After using the system for a few days I noticed that our master bedroom vent did not have as much air flow as the others. I called them and they sent the team out to fix it. Now everything is working well and I am very happy with the system. I would highly recommend them.”

I called in the afternoon, they were able to send Johnny that day. He actually arrived and was waiting for me before I got home from work. Had an excellent experience with Honey's Air. Miguel and his team were on time, kind, and courteous. They installed a whole new AC and furnace system. They were professional and any mess made during the installation process they cleaned up. Zach was considerate towards my daughter while sealing ductwork in her room. From the sales rep to the guys who installed the equipment, everyone was very professional. My ac/furnace were over 30 yrs old, being a new home owner I knew it was time to upgrade. I felt the price quote was fair for the amount of work and new equipment I was getting. You don’t realize how bad something is until you get something new to compare it to. My technician, Nicklaus, called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He informed me the time he would arrive. I stated I was not home. My roommate would be there. She could sign any paperwork needed to be signed. I stated I had the filter changed last year. He checked the records and confirmed it was changed last year. I asked if it needed to be changed, could it be charged to my account. He stated it could. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I arrived home, he was almost done. I have found them to be reliable and honest. The maintenance contract has been a great deal; during one of their visits the Honey’s serviceman identified a part that was wearing out and still under warranty. He had the item on his truck and installed it at no cost to me.
